The idea for Pomelo was derived from extensive research into the adaoption of the blockchain as a payment protocol. Pomelo Token is a decentralized team of developers, designers, and marketers working across three independent entities to ensure that the Pomelo stays true to its purpose as we advance and evolve. The team is comprised of developers who believe in a self governed decentralized payment protocol for real world usage. A vision for the future of the blockchain is to create a new payment protocol that is not only secure, but also reliable. - The White Paper

The economic white paper outlines the impact of the token and its economic impact. The economic white paper also outlines the roadmap for the project and it's long term possibilities. A technical white paper is also available with information regarding the project's development. The white papers are available on our website and on our social media channels. - Smart Contract
March 2022The development of the smart contract is the next step in the project. The smart contract is a decentralized application that allows users to interact with the token. The contract features the ability to create, read, update, and delete data on the blockchain. The contract has been developed with users in mind. The smart contract has the following features: Mint, Read, Loan and Burn. The pomelo smart contract is open-source and can be found on our GitHub repository. - Foundation
March 2022The foundation has been formed to help the project grow. The foundation is a decentralized team of developers, designers, and marketers working across three independent entities to ensure that the Pomelo stays true to its purpose as we advance and evolve. As the project grows, the foundation will continue to grow and develop the project with the goal of creating a stable and secure token. The governance is overseen by the foundation and the foundation is overseen by the community.
